NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Surveillance footage obtained by Fox 8 reveals chilling new details about the moments leading up to the deadly attack on Bourbon Street early New Year’s Day.
The video reportedly shows the suspect’s truck, driven by Shamsud Din Jabbar, 42, traveling down Canal Street at Bourbon Street, where it passed an NOPD unit, maneuvered around it, and then drove onto the sidewalk, then racing through a crowd of people.
