Vice President Kamala Harris continued scorching her opponent on the debate stage, giving former President Donald Trump a memo: “You’re not running against Joe Biden, you’re running against me.”
Speaking Tuesday night in Philadelphia, Harris was asked to follow up on Trump’s comments in which he suggested the United States is on the precipice of World War III and demanded to know, “Where is our president?!”
“We don’t even know if he’s our president!” an emphatic Trump said. “They threw him out of the campaign like a dog. We don’t even know, is he our president? But we have a president that doesn’t know he’s alive.”
When Harris was given a chance to respond to Trump’s remarks and support for Ukraine, she fired back at her opponent with a searing reminder.

“Well first of all it’s important to remind the former president, you’re not running against Joe Biden, you’re running against me,” she said.
Harris said she believes Trump’s confidence that he can negotiate an end to the Russia-Ukraine war is that he would “just give it up.”
“That’s not who we are as Americans,” she said.
Harris added: “Putin would be sitting in Kyiv if Trump was president.”
